Lesley Johnsen brings together acupuncture, wellness coaching, psychology, bodywork, leadership training, and whole-person care. Her work is grounded in the belief that people deserve time, attention, and support that honors the full context of their lives.
About Lesley
Lesley Johnsen, DAc, is a Five-Element trained Doctor of Acupuncture, ICF-trained coach, and integrative healing practitioner. She believes that lasting wellness emerges when mind, body, and spirit are supported as interconnected aspects of the whole person.
Her path into integrative medicine began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and training as a massage therapist. Seeking a deeper understanding of transformation and healing, she went on to earn Master's degrees in Transformational Leadership and Social Change and Acupuncture from the TAI Sophia Institute in Columbia, Maryland.
Over the past two decades, Lesley has studied, practiced, and taught both nationally and internationally. Her experience includes work within the Department of Integrative Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, as well as service as a Spiritual Care Chaplain and Hospice volunteer.
Known for her warmth, integrity, and client-centered approach, Lesley offers trauma-informed, root-cause care that honors the unique needs and experiences of each individual. She continues to expand her expertise through advanced training in Psychedelic Integration and Microdosing, integrating traditional wisdom with emerging approaches to support resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful transformation.
Her work is guided by a simple intention: to help people cultivate greater balance, purpose, and connection in their lives.
